Applying For a Loan

Who can apply for fast cash loans?

Anyone can apply, however, we do have some eligibility requirements in place to ensure you can afford your cash loans. To qualify, you must:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have an Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Be receiving a regular income into a personal bank account for the last 90 days
  • Have an active phone number and email address

What do I need to apply?

You simply submit everything online using your phone, tablet or computer, it’s that easy! The things you’ll need handy are:

  • The reason for your loan
  • Your employment details
  • Your internet banking credentials so we can verify your income
  • Your MyGov account credentials so we can verify your Centrelink Income Statement (only if you receive Centrelink)
If you have applied for a medium secured personal loan, you’ll also need to provide photos of the vehicle you are attaching to the loan clearing showing the number plate, as well as it’s registration number and your certificate of ownership.

I receive government benefits, can I still apply?

Yes, you can! Most credit providers will only focus on whether or not you can afford your repayments. If you receive Centrelink payments and can afford your loan repayments, we shouldn’t have too much trouble finding you a lender.

I have bad credit, can I still apply?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on giving everyone a fair go! We’ve been able to lenders that offer cash loans for bad credit in the past so you never know unless you try!

Do you conduct credit checks?

As the lender finder, we do not conduct credit checks. However, your lender will always do one. But don’t fret as this is not the only thing lenders look at. Our lenders believe they get a much more accurate representation of your ability to repay your loan by looking at your current income and spending habits rather than your past mistakes. Just keep in mind that the outcome of all applications is subject to the final assessment done by your lender.

How do I apply?

Our application is done 100% online and takes just a few short minutes to complete. Just use our loans calculator at the top of the page to enter the cash loans amount you’re wanting to borrow and then select your repayment period. Click APPLY NOW and you’ll be taken to the application. As it’s all done online, you won’t need to worry about rummaging through pages of documents to send through to us!

Why do you ask for my internet banking details?

The reason we ask for your internet banking credentials is so that we can verify your income and spending habits. We believe that this is the best way to get an accurate representation of your current financial situation and relationship with money. Once you enter your details, our system will then obtain read-only copies of your bank statements for us to assess. It’s the exact same as you manually submitting them yourself except it’s done in a fraction of the time. Your details will be deleted 2 minutes after you submitting them and no record of them is kept.

Can I apply if I’m bankrupt?

Yes, you can! Current or non discharged bankruptcies may not stop you from getting a loan. You might still be eligible for a medium secured personal loan ranging from $2,001 to $4,600. The best thing to do is just apply and let us have a look at your current situation.

When could I get another loan?

Depending on your financial situation and the loan you have applied for, you may be able to get another loan before yours is fully paid up. Apply right here, or get in touch with your current loan provider to find out more about what you qualify for.

How do I pay my loan back?

Once you’ve submitted your cash loans application, it will only take us a few minutes to find you a lender - as long as we don’t require any additional information. We’ll then get back to you with an indication of whether we’ll be able to help you. If we were able to find a lender for you, you’ll receive a text message with the name of that lender then an agent from that company will get in touch with you to go over some final details. Just keep in mind that if you apply outside of our regular business hours, it may take us a little longer to find you a lender

Our normal business hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 6 pm
Friday: 8 am to 4 pm

We’re online, though, so apply whenever, wherever.

What responsibilities do borrowers have?

All that we ask of you is that you remember that we found you the loan you needed, so the very least you can do is make sure that you have enough money in your account so your repayments can be processed. You’ll want to make sure that you work with your loan lender to set these dates up in line with your pay so as to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account when we take the repayment. If you need to check these dates, take a quick look through your loan contract. If you’re worried about missing a payment or not having enough cash in your bank account on the date that your direct debits are set to go off, make sure you get in touch with your lender as quickly as possible.

How do I lodge an official complaint?

Much like suggestions, we take complaints very seriously. Head over to our contact page to get your complaint in writing and over to us so that we can get cracking on setting things straight as soon as possible. You can also contact the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited for an independent review. Call 1800 138 422 or visit www.cio.com.au

What is financial hardship?

Unexpected or sudden changes to your financial situation could lead to you no longer being able to meet your financial obligations – this is known as Financial Hardship. If you’re unable to meet your financial obligations, let your lender know as soon as possible and head over to www.moneysmart.gov.au for more information. Before you’re granted with financial hardship, you may need to provide evidence (like separation certificates, Centrelink papers or proof of bills) to support your claim.
